- Do you work outside Florianópolis?
- Yes! We cover Greater Florianópolis and the Santa Catarina coast. The travel fee depends on the exact location of the event and is included in your quote.
- How soon do I get the material?
- Stories go out during the event itself or, if you prefer not to post in real time, we record everything, edit it and send it to you. Reels and the recap video are delivered within 5 business days.
- Do you replace the photographer?
- No. Storymaker coverage is audiovisual and works alongside the photo team, without competing for space.
- Can we choose the music?
- Yes. You send your references and the edit is built around them.
- How do I book the date?
- The date is secured with the signed contract and a deposit. High-season dates usually fill up months in advance.
